How long should the brochure/presentation be? I go by the bikini theory:
Enough material to cover the subject. But brief enough to keep it interesting.
It's a paraphrase of a borderline sexist quote by Winston Churchill.
The concept makes particular sense when prompting a next step in the decision cycle. Lead with too much information and you risk overwhelming or alienating your readers. Or they feel that they know enough to decide, without bothering to learn more.
Better to say just enough to get the audience intrigued. Then add detail once they're actively engaged.
